Everything in your life is a reflection of a choice you have made. If you want a different result make a different choice.
I am often asked how I wake up early or stay fit while traveling. Instead of going cold turkey take small steps to create a lifestyle habit.
When taking those small steps I’m a big advocate for adding things instead of subtracting things. Instead of saying “I can’t eat carbs” or “I can’t do this or that” add things in like “I can drink 2L of water today” or “I will do this.” Instead of saying “I’m not going to eat refined sugar all week,” say “I am going to make sure to eat my veggies.” It’s the little things that do make a really big difference.
